Full demolition and reconfiguration of master bathroom

The original master bathroom had dated finishes, an over-sized Jacuzzi tub that no longer functioned properly and an oddly configured layout with small shower.

 

The client looked  to reconfigure the bathroom to feel more spacious, while incorporating updated finishes and a modern freestanding tub.

By turning the tub perpendicular to the large off center window in the room, the new shower and tub was balanced opposite a large vanity with makeup area and wall hung toilet below a built-in cabinet.

The white and chrome fixtures were juxtaposed with charcoal slate-like and marble tiles, creating a more masculine space with touches of femininity. 

Wood tones in the vanity were brought in to warm the space.
