A peak inside what's happening day to day!

We teamed up with HGTV House Hunters Renovations to help a family relocating from the midwest to transform their new digs

The project included adding a bathroom to the second floor master bedroom, along with new built-in closet cabinetry

A mix of install ready and custom cabinetry came together in the suite

The custom built closet cabinetry was color matched to the prefabricated vanity, to tie the master suite cabinets together

Looking to avoid costly modifications to the steam heat system, the contractor built a new radiator surround to house the existing side by side units

Cement tile, unique light fixtures and a double vanity add character to the new bathroom

Large subway tile pays homage to the classic details found elsewhere in the home, while the 3 shower heads in the master bath add a spa like space

A play on classic black and white tiles in the existing bath, these cement tiles reflect the owners' unique and fun style

Carrying the floor tiles into the shower makes the bath feel even larger, while the oversized niche adds plenty of function

Downstairs the existing kitchen got an added dose of function with a custom built island

The entire kitchen got a face lift with new upper cabinet doors, hardware, appliances and paint throughout

The dark side entry became a charming new mudroom with functional built-in cubbies and piano hinged seat.
